Each student is required to demonstrate their knowledge obtained in the course. Each student has 2 options of how they can submit this part of course.
Options include:
1. Complete in person with approved proctor
2. Demonstrate over zoom using appointments link provided in course

Upon completion, you will receive a certificate of completion in Mitti. Also, your name will be submitted for verification through the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment for validation and acceptance of your completion of the QMAP course.
